Hey William, the etrailer electric jack part # e55ZV is a solid option for your Forest River Black Label 29TEBL if you want something that will work great and has a great price. Another option we have is the Phoenix electric jack part # UF38-944040 which is incredibly fast and will raise and lower in just a matter of seconds.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
