Hey Chris! It looks like you already picked up the Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RO44FR. This is the best option for your 2026 Bronco, and with those packages you'll have the LED lights so the smart diodes are required.

However, you will also want the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7. You're running a charge line so you will need the 6-way on the front of the Bronco to make all of your connections, along with the adapter cable to run to your motorhome 7-way.

Have you picked out your tow bar and base plate yet?

Road master Smart Diode kit is a very easy install. No need to remove the taillight due to the log in harness. Used the brake light signal as input to vehicle. The diode pack mounts easy in the taillight cavity. It is a reliable and robust solution.

The Roadmaster Smart Diode Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RO44FR was basic splice and wire runs. Not difficult if your mildly electrically inclined. Watched the videos and took about an hour. Definitely DIY capable. the most tedious part is the wire run under the vehicle. I'm sure your Bronco has much better clearance than out smaller SUV. They have worked flawlessly for over 18 months installed on a new Chevy Equinox, I'm sure the Bronco would be equally easy to do. Word of advice, make your connections at the front when you install your baseplate. it makes the connection a snap.

Hi Chris, I have a 25 Bronco Badlands. All led lights. Purchased the smart diode kit. Ran from 7 pin connect to rear. I did have to remove my taillights and cut and splice the wiring. I highly recommend the video. If memory serves me, the installer incorrectly used the wrong wire but quickly corrected the video. Well, I rushed the install, used the incorrect wire and the corrected my mistake by watching the whole video. May be corrected by now. I’ve had the smart diode kit in for over a year now. Work great. Also, be sure to hook up the trickle charger! Word is if the battery drains, the tranny goes back to drive mode and then you need a new tranny!

Easy to install. First, watch the video and couple of time and follow. Works great.

I second all of the previous comments- everything works great since the initial install in Nov 23 on our Outer Banks Sasquatch. Constant 12V power is an absolute must have for the Trans and Brakes. E-Trailer is the best for products and advise!
