Hey Michael! It sounds like you need replacement grease caps for your hubs on EZ Lube axles. The EZ Lube Grease Caps with 1.99" OD # DX69HR is the standard size for those 3,500 lb axle hubs. However, it would still be a good idea to measure your hub bore to verify fitment. This comes with the grease cap as well as the removable rubber plug so you can access your grease zerk.
What kind of trailer are you working on?

I purchased these caps to replace one on my trailer that was punctured. The caps work great! I used a board to have a flat even surface to tap them into place. Now they are unpainted, mine oem's were the same, however painted to match the trailer. So I just got factory paint from Belmont and all is matching again. They're great, don't hesitate to order them, not to mention Etrailer's customer service is out of this world excellent.

I replaced my factory grease caps with the DX69HR and they work much better. My trailer is a Grand Design, and the factory caps were not real metal, but some composite like material. They were damaged easily when removing and replacing and started coming off while traveling. These are a better fit.
