I tried looking up that coupler online, but there were quite a few different results that came up, so I can't be confident that I found the exact one you're referencing.
If you're simply looking for a coupler that makes hitching up easier, I recommend taking a look at the Demco Cast Head Coupler # DM37ZR, or if you have a straight tongue # DM15000-52. It features Demco's eZ-Latch system, which automatically latches onto the hitch ball when you lower the coupler onto it. There is no need to manually operate the latch during hookup, which makes connecting your trailer quick and easy.

I bought a new trailer with the Demco coupler factory installed and within 30 days I had ordered and installed Demco couplers on almost all of my trailers. No more fighting to latch and unlatch trailers, no more pulling back while jacking up as some couplers, no more wondering if the trailer is latched properly, no more required safety pin.
