I have a 1970s era Dilly trailer with an 17 ODay Daysailer on it. One of the springs is broken and Id like help with the replacement product item number. It looks like its 24 from eye to slip, but with weight on the trailer and age, the overall length from eye to the end of the spring is about 28. Its two leaf. Is that the 24-5/8 long two leaf spring that I need?

It sure is James and thanks for the information! The 24-5/8" Long 2-Leaf Slipper Spring w/ Radius End item # e36SR would be a great option. This 1-3/4" wide spring is sold individually and has a 500 lbs capacity. It measures 24-5/8" Long overall and from the center of the mounting eye to where it sits on the slipper will be 22-11/16".
I attached a diagram with dimensions below so you can compare them to your current springs and hangers.
It looks like your 1970s O'Day Day Sailer and 1970s Dilly trailer weighs about 875 lbs to 950 lbs total when all loaded up. Two of the 24-5/8" Long Slipper Springs item # e36SR will get you back up and running in no time.
