Question:

I own a 2025 East to West Alta 3010KBH and am looking for the correct equalizer system to put on my leaf springs for the most comfort and damage to the inside. Thank you Alan

Hey Alan! The best upgraded equalizer is the one that matches the measurements on your current equalizer. This keeps your suspension geometry the same. The Lippert Road Armor Shock-Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC53CK you were looking at is a good option if your equalizers measure 6" from the left to the right bolt hole on center. See the attached picture. If you have a different measurement, let me know in the comments below.

I also recommend adding the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers. This comes with wet bolts, bronze bushings, and 1/2" thick shackles. The correct kit depends on your shackle strap measurement so you can grab that when you measure your equalizers. If they're 2-1/4" center hole to center hole you need # MR46ZR and for 3-1/8" # MR76ZR.

Where are you headed next once you upgrade the suspension?

Robin, Thank you for the response. The distance between the left to right bolt is 6”. The distance between the top bolt and bottom bolts in a vertical measurement is 4 3/4”. The measurement between the top bolt and side bolts direct measurement is 5”. Is the LC53CK the correct item? Also my shackles are 2 1/4” in length. Thank you, Alan

@AlanD thanks for those measurements. The left to right is good, but that height difference is pretty significant. The best option here will be the MORryde ALLTREK 4000 # MR89DR. These are 4-1/2" tall with 6-1/2" left to right. Those differences aren't enough to throw off anything with your suspension geometry. You want to stick with the same 2-1/4" shackles so # MR46ZR.
