I have a 2024 Ram 3500 and a 2026 Grand Design Imagine 32 travel trailer that has a GVWR of 8495. What class weight disturbing hitch should I be using? 10K, 12K, 14K or 16K capacity? Thanks

Hey Moses! With that GVWR you either have the 2026 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK or the 2800BH. The correct rating for a weight distribution hitch (WDH) depends on your tongue weight. It looks like the dry tongue weight for the 2670MK is 785 lbs and the 2800BH is 746 lbs.
Once you add propane and batteries you'll be sitting a bit higher. You also have to consider what you load in the trailer. It is a good idea to measure using a scale like # BTBRV49FR or # BTBRV76FR (with SnapPad).
Tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the loaded trailer weight, and often ends up sitting around 12-13%. Based on this information, I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37120ET. This has a tongue weight range of 800-1,200 lbs which is right in line with both of those models.
