When your truck squats under a trailer or a bed full of gear, handling and braking can get sketchy fast. The Firestone Ride-Rite air bags add up to 5,000 lbs of load support to keep everything level and steady. They work with your existing suspension to smooth out rough roads and keep your headlights aimed where they should be. With the system installed, you get a balanced ride that feels confident whether you’re hauling tools, towing a camper, or carrying weekend toys.
No need to stop for air or break out a compressor—this kit’s on-demand system lets you adjust pressure right from the cab. A built-in switch and gauge make it simple to add or release pressure as loads change. The single-path design inflates both air bags together, so your setup stays even side to side without extra steps. Adjust from 5 to 100 psi for the right mix of comfort and control every time you drive.
Everything needed comes in the kit—air bags, compressor, controller, fittings, lines, hardware, and a no-drill compressor mounting panel. The precision brackets line up with factory attachment points for straightforward installation using standard tools. It’s built for DIYers who want to get the job done right without chasing down extra parts or fabricating mounts.
Snow, salt, and road grime can tear up metal fast. Firestone uses plated, coated, and brass components that resist corrosion and hold pressure reliably. Reinforced rubber air bags and tight-sealing fittings help prevent leaks so the system stays dependable season after season. With a limited lifetime warranty on the air bags and 2-year coverage on hardware and compressor components, it’s made to handle real work for years to come.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Today, we're looking at our Firestone Ride-Rite Airbag Kit with an easy-mount compressor in-cab gauge control for a single-path kit rated 5,000 pounds capacity. So folks, this is a custom-fit application. Make sure you're checking the fit guide here at etrailer.com. Make sure you're getting the right parts the first time.
So the neat thing with this kit is it's an all-in-one kit. It's precision made, so the brackets bolt directly to your factory attachment points. You shouldn't have to worry about any kind of drilling or any of that kind of stuff. And this, again, includes the bags, the compressor, all the bracketry, all the air lines, all the electrical components, everything you need to do the install. And when the bags are installed on the brackets, they're gonna look something roughly like this picture.
And then on the left, you've got your compressor with its brackets and mounting hardware along with the analog gauges there as well. So, again, the gauge, you've got your up or down inflate, deflate. It's a simple analog gauge, and I guess, a single path, meaning you are inflating or deflating the bags at the exact same time. And that compressor, as you can see, is nice and small, but it can put out a lot of volume that it needs to do to do the job. And then, of course, you have all your hardware, nuts, bolts, all your fittings for the air line.
These are just pushed to connect air lines into those fittings. Make sure you're cutting these when you have to come to length as straight and neat as possible. That's the one thing the installers here at etrailer have told me over the years, if they get tech calls about little air leaks, nine times outta 10, they're usually at a fitting where it's a push-to-connect and they say when the neighbor redoes it and gets a clean cut, it immediately fixes that. So, just kinda keep that in mind. Hopefully, that'll save you some headaches in the future.
And, of course, you have a a precise fuse kit and everything you need for that specific vehicle that this kit fits as well. All the hardware, heavy-duty steel, as we know, Firestone's been around for ages. They make great, high-quality products. The powder coat finish on these is really impressive from what I've seen to other brands and even their own stuff in prior years. They just keep getting better and better. And as you can see, these bags, heavy-duty, again, obviously, they're not pressured right now with no air and everything, but they're gonna work great. And if you don't know the reason why you primarily would need airbags, basically, if you're towing, and you're starting to squat in the rear end, one, you're taking traction off your front tires, you're pointing your headlights up, it's just not a safe environment. So, this will get that ride height in the rear back up to a level safe towing setup. And you can reach out to us if you have questions about, hey, how do I pick out the right kit for me Is this better than that What the differences It could be different for your specific towing setup. So reach out to us if you need assistance, and we'll be more than happy to answer any questions and help you as we can. That will wrap up our quick look together, folks. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching and stay safe while you're towing.

I had a professional install my setup and it took them 5+ hours. I cannot imagine how long it would've taken me. It look and works great and I cannot wait to tow my camper with them next week.
I like how the Firestone All-in-one comes with everything I needed without needing to piece together a bunch of parts. The best part is that the air bags and the compressor system come in one package, so everything is already matched and ready to install. I still had to mount the compressor myself, but there’s no guesswork on what works with what.
Installation takes a little time, but the bags make a noticeable difference. They level out the truck, cut down on squat, and help everything feel more stable when you’re towing. And with the onboard compressor, I can add or remove air whenever I need, without carrying around a bulky compressor or stopping at the gas station.
It’s a solid, well-built kit that simplifies the whole process. For anyone who tows often and wants a clean, all-in-one solution, it’s a great fit.
