Hey John, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-5 will indeed fit your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the factory plastic bumper. I double checked with Roadmaster and verified the fit. It'll pair perfectly with your Falcon 5250 tow bar.
Are you needing any other parts for your flat tow setup? Let me know and I'm happy to throw together a parts list for you.

Direct connect base plate works great on my 17 JKU. Easy to install. Be careful if you choose a bumper tow with D rings because many of the bumpers D rings aernt rated for towing. My after market bumper was not. Thats why I chose the direct connect. Good luck.

Love the tow bar, think it called all terrain because so easy to connect and disconnect. On small fix is electric cord wish was mire of a heavier rubber material. The original is more plastic and weather cracks afyer a couple years. Only complaint i have and is minor.

Hi John, I installed this on my 2017 Jeep myself and have been very happy with it. One of the features I liked most is that the tow bar attachments can be removed when not in use, and the base plate sits back far enough that it's virtually invisible when you're not towing. Another advantage is that the removable attachments are easy to store and don't take up much space—something that's important since Jeeps don't exactly have extra storage room. The installation was straightforward, and the videos and customer support provided by etrailer were excellent. Their instructions made the process very easy to follow. I would definitely recommend it.

Thanks. Still deciding if I want to install the direct connect baseplate or upgrade the front bumper to a Hooke road bumper and use the D-ring attachment points. If i go that route I would need the D-ring attachment ends to fit my towbar. Do you carry those?
