From what I could find about your 2021 Coleman Lantern 17b travel trailer, it looks like you have a 3,500 pound axle. I do have to emphasize "looks" though as I couldn't really find anything saying that specifically. That said, the weight specs for your Coleman are roughly 2,986 pounds dry and 3,850 pounds fully loaded. The Timken Bearing Kit # TMK54ZR is going to be for a 2,000 pound axle, which I can basically say with 100% certainty you do not have.
So with what I found, the Timken Bearing Kit # TMK52VR for 3,500 pound axle looks to be what you are needing. A quick and easy way to verify is to find the axle tag on your axle. This will tell you the exact capacity of your axle. If you can check that and let me know what it says, I can absolutely confirm what you are needing. I'm still very sure this is what you are needing, but definitely check and let me know what you find.
