I have a 1988 Mastercraft Prostar 190. I need a trailer winch with the handle on the right side if possible. Do you have any recommendations?

That 1988 Mastercraft Prostar 190 is a classic my friend, very nice!
You made a great choice going with Dutton-Lainson Covered Hand Winch # DL17085 . It's enclosed for protection, pulls up to 2,600 lbs and has a 2 speed right hand crank.
Another option is Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch with TUFFPLATE Finish # DL14830 . It's exposed but has the TUFFPLATE zinc finish for protection, pulls 2,500 lbs, and has a 2 speed right hand crank. This is winch has controlled load release because of its hand brake. So if you encounter steep ramps often, the hand brake really helps.
Do you usually load solo or have some assistance?
