Hi Luke! The Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR will work with your Reese slider as long as it is designed to fit industry standard rails. The only sliders that aren't compatible are the B&W Patriot and Husky since they don't have proper clearance. This will fit the OEM prep package on your 2025 Sierra 2500.

This should work fine, just be aware that it will raise your hitch by about 3” which in turn will change the level of your trailer as it is towed. We had to install a lift kit on our 5th wheel to get it back to level towing. Overall we are very happy with this adapter.

The PUC adapter rails in installed in my 2022 Ford F350 XLT to work with my Curt hitch installed perfectly, and my hitch installed perfectly to it. I am about to take my 5th wheel on a 3,000 mile trip and I feel satisfied it will work great!
