Will these increase the rear hight of the truck unloaded?

The Hellwig Load Pro 35 Heavy Duty Helper Springs with Custom Mounting Kit - Above Axle # HE93XR can potentially raise an unloaded truck a little, but it's going to be very minimal and will really only happen if your suspension is getting a bit tired. With these being helper springs, they are really only going to assist your stock springs when under load.
The only way any lift would occur would be if you tightened them down to their absolute maximum while not under load, but again, it's going to be pretty minimal.
