Yes, I checked with Draw-Tite and the part # 24819 that you referenced is the correct hitch for your 2008 Toyota Yaris sedan base model. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out as well.
For trailer wiring you might be interested in the part # 118517. For a 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256, or for a 2 inch ball part # 19258.
