Hey Robert, congrats on the new SUV. To install a hitch and a wiring harness on your 2023 Infiniti QX60, I recommend the following parts:

Trailer Hitch - Curt Hitch item # C46DR. This is a custom fit class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity and a 900 lbs maximum tongue weight. It includes all necessary installation hardware and will look great when installed. The 2" receiver and safety chains are all you'll be able to see.

4-Way Connector -Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C95ZV. This harness includes a custom fit connector that is going to plug directly into a factory port located in your Infiniti's rear cargo area.

What kind of trailer are you pulling?

I installed this combo on a 2024 QX60 , which should be identical to yours. The installation was straightforward - a bit tedious at times but certainly doable. if you have a helper that will be handy when you're dealing with the weight of the hitch and pushing it up into the chassis to start threading the bolts. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was having to put the bracket for the wiring harness onto the plastic underside of the rear trim. It certainly works , it's just not very rigid. But I towed a twin axle , flatbed utility trailer cross country with that rig , and it was perfectly fine. Even though it under two thousand pounds total , I installed a curtis brake controller which offered peace of mind , especially in three mountains.
