Hello David,
Thanks for writing in, I'm glad you found us!
Knowing that you have a Lippert 4,400 lb axle is all the information needed to get the correct bearing and seal kit for repacking your hubs. For your axle, you will need the Hub Bearing Kit # BK2-100. This kit includes the inner and outer bearings, races, grease seal, cotter pin, and tang washer for one hub.
To make repacking the bearings easier and less messy, the Powerbuilt Deluxe Bearing Packer # ALL647646 is a great tool to have. For grease, the LubriMatic LMX Industrial Strength Grease # L11390 is an excellent choice and works very well for trailer wheel bearings.
When repacking the bearings, it is important to fully work the grease through the bearing rollers until it pushes through the opposite side of the bearing. That helps ensure proper lubrication and can prevent overheating or premature wear while towing. It is also a good idea to inspect the bearings and races while everything is apart for any pitting, discoloration, or scoring before reinstalling them.
That should get you all set for servicing your Lippert axle and keeping things rolling smoothly. Where are you planning on taking the trailer once you get everything serviced up?

Kate, Thanks for the note. I did want to pass along some additional info. The parts you referenced are for a 3500lb axle. Turns out my Lippert 4400lb axle is actually a 5200lb axle that is derated by the springs. So, at least in my case, the parts you listed would not fit. Thanks again,
