I have the following axle and want to get a spare hub. Lippert LCI35-DB-85-70-NOSP-US-L-545-7242-18PT V000111284 S/N S012454235

Hey, Brent!

We have just what you need. I reached out to Lippert to get the information about the hub you need and you will bee Lippert part # LC72DX. This is a hub and drum assembly that is pre-greases so the seal, inner, and outer bearings are already going to be installed in the hub with the grease.

It will make it easy to exchange the hub if you ever find yourself needed to do the swap out during a trip.

Have any plans for the upcoming camping season?

I was able to find the 126003 hub and was able to determine that it is a 3,500 lb hub/drum with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern just like the #AKHD-545-35-K that you referenced. This hub will work as a replacement for your Lippert.
