What Date Code Can I Expect Kenda Karrier KR53 ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire?

Updated 05/16/2026 | Published 05/15/2026

Question:

Greetings! I am looking at your part number KE76JV, and What kind of date code can I expect on 3 of these for my 2011 A-liner? Thanks! I was gong to buy rims, and put on some ATs but after doing some research, it appears as that would not be the best route to go for overall towing stability. I wanted something that would handle off-road camping on Forest Service roads, but it looks like these are a good compromise, with a good ply rating for a 2klbs trailer Todd

Thanks for reaching out Todd,

The Kenda Karrier KR53 ST205/75R15 radial trailer tire with 15" black aluminum wheel # KE76VJ would do very well for the forest service roads and handling off-road.

As far as the date codes, we receive frequent shipments to keep tire inventory current. I wouldn't be able to guarantee a specific date code but I can say our tires are stored in our climate controlled warehouse for no more than about a year from their manufacture date.

For trailer tires in general, manufacturers and distributors consider anything under about 1-2 years old at the time of sale to still be “new” inventory.

What kind of camping or towing do you typically do?
