Greetings, Im planning on purchasing a RockyMounts MonoRail Solo RKY10007. Can the Curt 11529 receiver hitch be used for this RockyMounts MonoRail Solo RKY10007, or is there another receiver hitch that is better suited? I plan to place An Evil Wreckoning, weighing 32 pounds on this monorail solo and want to be sure Im using the correct receiver hitch. Thank you for addressing my question.

Thanks for reaching out Hiram, that's a sweet bike!
Yes, you can use the Curt hitch receiver # c11529 with the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo # RKY10007.
The RockyMount MonoRail works with a 1 1/4" and 2" hitch which is a direct fit to the Curt hitch receivers 1 1/4" opening. I would add that if you plan on using your hitch for more than the MonoRail (more bikes, cargo carrier, trailer) the Curt trailer hitch with 2" receiver # C98QV would give you more versatility.
