Question:
I have a 2011 Palomino Sabre 32BHOK-6 with a Dometic rooftop A/C unit. I cannot find a model name anywhere, but I do have a picture of the data tag from inside. I need a compatible soft startinch device plug and play preferred, and would like to price a replacement cover. Mfg 459516.701C0 Product 991762457

Hey Adam, welcome back! That Dometic 459516.701C0 is a 15K Brisk Air unit. We do have a compatible soft start, which is the SoftStartRV Soft Start for RV AC Units # SSR54FR. This will work with your system and help reduce startup amps for generator use.
However, there really isn't a true plug and play option for that older Dometic unit. You will still need to get into the rooftop electrical box and make a few wiring connections (splicing/tying into the compressor wiring). The kit is designed to make this as simple as possible.
For the replacement cover, the Replacement Shroud for Dometic Brisk Air II - White # DMC46FR or # AT3308046006 will fit your unit. Dometic did use a couple different shroud styles over the years though, so it’s a good idea to compare the shape and mounting points of your current cover to make sure you’re getting the right match.
Where are you headed with the Sabre once you get the soft start installed?

I installed a SoftStart on my AC unit based on info from YouTube RV owner sites. Based on their recommendations I purchased a kit. I can't honestly say I needed to. It was an easy installation project giving me more familiarity with the Ac unit. I could afford to; so I did it.
