Will Lippert Turning Point Wedge Work on Sidewinder Pin Box

Question:

I’ve got an old fabex sidewinder, missing the wedge and there’s no bolt lockout option. Will this work for my model? Will be using 3rd-party towing, so need something fairly universal as won’t always be paired with same hitch. Really appreciate your help.

Hey Lewis, yes the Replacement Wedge Block for Lippert Turning Point Pin Box # LC79UD will work on your Sidewinder pin box. This is a universal type of wedge too so you'd be able to make it work with as many fifth wheel hitches as possible.

I'd also have a set of lock out bolts on hand in case you can get the wedge to work with like a really unusual hitch. They should be 3/4 inch bolts.
