Hi Richi!
The etrailer Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 5 on 5 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-550-35-EZ-K you asked this question from fits all your specifications.
It works with 3,500 pound axles (it uses the standard # L44649 and # L68149 bearings found on that axle capacity), has a 5 on 5 bolt pattern (see included picture on how to make sure that's what you have as 5 on 5 isn't super common), and works with 15" wheels. Plus this is pre-greased so you don't even need to worry about that! If you want to have some extra on hand though, we do have the LubriMatic Multi-Purpose Lithium Grease - 14 oz. Cartridge # L11315, which is what is used in these.
What kind of trailer are you wanting this for? And what are you carrying in it? Kind of surprised there aren't and brakes on a tandem axle.

I've used the spindles on my junking trailer for 7 years and haven't had a failure yet. I've surpassed the weight restriction regularly and they just keep going. Keep them greased and adjusted and you'll never regret this product
