Hey Bill, welcome back! The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C56327 you were looking at is custom fit for the 2024 Ford Transit T350 for the models with single rear wheels. The power wire and ground are going to be the only wires you'll actually have to run. The white ground wire will need to be firmly connected to a bare piece of metal near where you mount the module. The 12v power wire will need to be ran up to your Transit's battery.
The custom fit plugs on the Curt item # C56327 will connect behind your rear tail lights directly to the factory wiring harness that runs to the lights. This will control your tail, brake, and turn light functions.
I've linked an installation video below to show you where the connections need to be made.
Please note that if your Transit T350 is a dually you'll need the Curt item # C42MJ. The installation process is identical. The only difference is that the dually's have different connectors on the tail lights.
Are you towing a trailer or adding lights to an accessory like a bike rack? What has you installing a 4-way connector?
You can add this information, along with any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.

Very easy to install and still working great to this day for me. Mine came with plugins that plugged into the back tail lights just plug and go real simple. Then run the power wire up to your battery The kit gives you more than enough length ??

First of all do not cut any wires, you will just ruin the harness and never get it connected. As Jerred said this wiring is specific to the Transit 350 and shares the plugs and wiring for the factory turn, brake and running lights. When you remove the tail lights and see the connectors all will make more sense. BTW, there are a couple of channels in the frame and body to get the wire from one side to the other and also a channel to the outside of the van (to underneath) for the flat 4 wire connector. Only two wires to connect are the power and the ground. If the van interior is bare you can run the power wire from the back to front through the body, then attach at the power source at the left side of the drivers seat.
