Easily add a 4-way trailer connector with this custom-fit harness. The T-connector plugs into existing wiring - no cutting needed. Powered converter protects vehicle circuits and ensures consistent trailer lighting for safe towing in any conditions.
The vehicle's wiring harness is often behind a trim panel or under the cargo floor. Some vehicles may require removing interior panels or lifting carpeted sections to reach it, but once accessed, the harness installs easily with quick-splice connectors.
Plugging in a trailer shouldn't mean tearing into your vehicle's wiring. This custom-fit T-connector snaps directly into your factory wiring harness, so you can get your trailer lights up and running without any cutting or splicing. Just plug it in, and you're ready to tow.
A well-lit trailer is a safe trailer. This 4-way wiring harness keeps your trailer's brake lights, turn signals, and running lights powered and in sync with your vehicle. Whether you're hauling a boat to the lake or a camper to the mountains, your lights stay bright and visible.
Some vehicles can't handle the extra electrical load of trailer lights. The built-in powered converter draws power directly from your battery, ensuring a steady, protected current to your trailer while keeping your vehicle's circuits from overloading.
Towing means exposing your wiring to dirt, rain, and road grime. This harness features fully insulated wires and a sealed converter, helping to prevent shorts and corrosion. It's built to withstand the elements so you can tow with confidence in any weather.
No extra trips to the hardware store - this kit comes with everything you need. With fuses, zip ties, and connectors included, you can complete the installation without hunting down extra parts.

Hi everyone, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our CURT T-connector vehicle wiring harness with a four-pole flat trailer connector. Now folks, this is a custom fit application. It looks like it's gonna fit a 2015 through current year Ford Transit T350 without a factory trailer connector. So I want you to verify that with our fit guide here at trailer.com. On our homepage, enter things like your make and model under My Vehicle Information.
Make sure you're getting the right parts the first time. Keep in mind these videos can be outdated and it could fit potentially newer years. Now this again, custom fit, what you're gonna do is in the trunk area, most likely of your vehicle, you're gonna be installing this modular box and these T-connectors, we call them T-connectors because of the shape. Now if you could picture the letter T here, right And what you're gonna do is you're gonna unplug the factory plug behind that taillight in your trunk area, and then this will plug right into that spot or this one, whichever one you unplug will match up, and then you'll plug the one you unplugged into this other one, thus creating a connection without cutting or splicing. As you can see, you got a ground wire here.
You got your four-pole connector that would go out the back to then attach to your trailer. You have a black wire here that's gonna be for power that's gonna run all the way up to the battery with this included wire. And you're gonna have an inline fuse, and the fuse and all the butt connectors you need and the cable ties to make those connections and keep that wire nice and clean are included. This is a dust cover. It's gonna go right over the end of the four-pole connector once you've got everything installed.
Now this modulator box, this basically is a power converter. For safety, it's going to keep all the signals, input and output being the correct amp, wattage, et cetera that's needed to then communicate with the trailer wiring and the lights and everything to make sure everything's working correctly, and also to help prevent backfeeding or any kind of things like that. So, very nice unit, the power unit there is very essential. Again, you get everything here out of the box. So it should be a pretty simple installation for the most part, just follow the included instructions.
We might also have some videos on our website as well for your particular installation. Folks, that is gonna wrap it up for our look together. I'm Steven, as always, stay safe while you're towing.
