Can you help me with welding procedures for this part Demco EZ Latch

Hey Alberto, I'm pretty amateur at welding so I don't have like the specs you'd need to run your welder at to properly weld the # DM93KV to your trailer but what Demco suggests is take it to a qualified welder who will be able to determine the exact settings needed to install this based on where it will install. What type of coupler do you have installed there currently?

How I did it- Cut old coupler off square using bandsaw. Beveled tube and cleaned paint. New demco coupler also cleaned paint with wire wheel. Used Hobart Beta 200 mig set for 1/4" thickness and ran several passes fill and cap. Hope this helps, Kent
