Will this product fit a 2018 ram 1500 2wd big horn? If so is it going to increase the rear ride height ?

It sure will Dakota! The Pacbrake Alpha HD Air Bag Suspension Kit item # PB75ZV has been confirmed to fit the 2018 Ram 1500. It works with the 2WD and 4WD models. They have a 5,000 lbs capacity.
The Pacbrake item # PB75ZV are not designed to increase the rear ride height. They're intended to support your Ram's factory suspension by preventing your rear end from sagging when you're towing a trailer or hauling a heavy load in the bed. The only reason they would raise your rear end under unloaded conditions is if your coil springs are shot. You could then address that height change by reducing air pressure.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone. You'll also be able to preprogram PSI settings for when you're towing, hauling, or daily driving.
