Hey Richard, the Furrion Heat Strip Add-On for Furrion Air Conditioner # FR35SR you looked at is the correct heat strip for the FACR14SA-PS. How old is your Furrion RV AC unit?

I have two Furrion air conditioners on my 39 foot race car trailer both with heat strips. cool weather one is enough. High 30s both will keep it warm inside. It's not meant to replace a furnace.

Richard W, Yes I purchased this product. I installed it and it worked as advertised on my 2024 RV. I have installed similar products on my earlier RV AC's. First let me say they do not respond to the wall thermostat, that is just for AC, they are simply on-off, unless your system is different. Second, they supply a minimal amount of heat accompanied by a rather noisy blower fan (the AC fan). This unit works OK if you don't mind the blower noise and don't want to drag out a quiet stand alone electric heater (my choice). This sounds like a great alternative but I rarely use it. Hope this helps. Fred
