Question:
We installed a baseplate e98965 on a 22 Chevy Equinox that our customer purchased from you along with a Falcon 2 tow bar. When going to hook up the tow bar the pins are too big in diameter to fit through the holes on the baseplate. Is there an adapter they will need?

Hey, Kendra. Thanks for your question.
Yes, there is an adapter that you would need to be able to connect the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520 to the etrailer Invisible Base Plate # e98965. The adapter needed is part # e98983.
The way these adapters attach is, you are going to be removing what Roadmaster calls the "swivel ears" on each ends of the tow bar arms and replace them with these adapters. I've linked a video below that will walk you through the process.
