Question:
Can this unit just plug in to a standard 110 outlet or? Do I need a separate 110 to 12V converter to use this unit with 110V and if so what size would I need. ALSO: My 2014 Thor Chateau 22E door opening is only 22 1/2 inches so Im hoping with the flange or doors removed this unit will get inside without having to remove the entire door of my RV which would be a nightmare. Had to cut the old 2 way fridge in half to remove it.

Hey Skip, welcome back! The Vitrifrigo RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer item # VT56FR is going to need a 12v power supply. You can not plug it into a standard 110v outlet. You'll need to use the PowerMax AC to DC Converter item # PM54VR, which works with Flooded, AGM, gel, and lithium batteries. This converter charger changes AC shore power to DC power.
Without the flange installed the Vitrifrigo RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer item # VT56FR is 21-1/4" wide so it's going to be a super tight fit!
What fridge did you have to cut in half?

I removed the original non working propane/electric norcold which was 24 inches at it's smallest dimension. Did not want to remove the RV entrance door. Also, I am hooking up the fridge to my 460AH lithium battery through my Victron MPPT controller 12V output but want to use 110 when plugged in. Can both source 12V wires be used at the same input of the refrigerator? Wires from the solar output and wires from the needed 110 to 12V converter? Or is it just one or the other? 2 sources to one input!
