Hey Michael. I do not have a wiring diagram for a 2026 Crown Signia so I can not identify those wires. Your SUV does indeed have PWM system for the LED lights.

To install the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter item # C59236, you'll need to use a circuit tester like item # PTW2993 to identify the functions of the wires. I attached a wiring diagram below that shows the individual functions of the wiring harness.

Additionally, the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C35MJ you were looking at, has been confirmed to fit the 2026 Toyota Crown Signia. This is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 3,500 lbs towing capacity and a 350 lbs maximum tongue weight. It'll be great for towing a small trailer or hauling an accessory like a bike rack or a cargo carrier.

I linked an installation video below so you can see how the hitch installs.

Are you towing a trailer or just throwing lights on an accessory? What has you needing to add a 4-way to your SUV?

The Toyota Crown Signia tow interface connector is taped inside the right wheel well cover. I cut the tape and stripped back the cable shield behind the connector as far back as I could. I unsnapped the upper and lower cable hold down clips to give me more working room. Colors are as follows. Wht/Blk is ground, Blue is +12 volts, grey is running lights, red is left turn, pink is right turn, lt grn is brake. I hooked up the Curt C59236 using the blue IDC crimp terminals. The car already has a fuse up front for the blue power wire, so I didn’t add the yellow fuse holder. I fished the 4-pin trailer cable out the snap-off access cover on the right wheel well. Tested and it works!
