Hey Mark, thanks for reaching out. I didn't realize refrigerators had hands haha! Kidding!
The Norcold Polar Full RV Refrigerator w Freezer # NC29FR has a left hand door. Meaning the door hinge is on the left side of the fridge and the door swings to the left.
We also have this model available with a right-hand door as part # NC56FR. The part number N10DCSSR indicates the right hand door so the # NC56FR sounds like exactly what you need. That'll be a direct replacement for the current unit.

Mark, Don't let the door swing keep you up at night. It can be reversed to the opposite side with not too much effort. On a side note, I installed one last spring and was very impressed with the quality of the product. It replaced a Furrion 12v that failed after a handful of years. I highly recommend it. Ray S.
