Hello, thanks for writing in. I double checked with Roadmaster and unfortunately they don't offer a Reflex Steering Stabilizer fit for a 2023 Ram ProMaster 3500.
They do offer a Rear Anti Sway Bar # RM52GR which you can add to help with rear end stability. No way to add a steering stabilizer at this time though.
