Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the custom mounting brackets for the Roadmaster Reflex and Exact Center steering stabilizers. Now, this is a custom fit part. It is designed to fit the 1999 to 2016 Ford F-53 and F-550 class A motorhomes with the V10 engine. Also fits the 2017 to 2019 Ford F-53 and F-550 class A motorhomes with the V10 engine and under 24,000 gross vehicle weight rating.
Now, these are custom brackets that'll attach to your vehicle's frame so that you can mount your Roadmaster steering stabilizers to your motorhome. It is designed to work with the Roadmaster Reflex steering stabilizer, which is part number RM-RSSA, or the Exact Center steering stabilizers, part number RM73RR and the RM36RR. All three of those stabilizers we do sell separately on our website. Now, this is a bolt-on installation. There's no drilling or welding required for installation.
It will use the factory axle bracket holes on one end and the tie rod location on the other. It includes the custom hardware to install all this and a nice set of instructions that'll described how it all goes together. These parts are made in the USA. I spent most of today dealing with two different phone service companies regarding my cell phone service and have had nothing but a complete nightmare dealing with these two companies' customer service departments. It's been a complete joke and a waste of a lot of my time today. It's not possible in today's world to find anyone in customer service willing to help the customer anymore without speaking a foreign language or spelling out exactly what you need.
On the other hand, my experience of placing an order through your company's website and getting exceptional help from Sherry S. in your service department has changed my outlook. There is hope and Sherry proved it to me. She went out of her way to find a solution to what I needed, then she understood my concerns and most of all she "Listened to Me". Wow! Whatever you're paying this Lady I suggest you give her a raise and don't let her go! She showed me the most impressive customer service I've experienced in 20 years and that's the truth! Sherry, if you ever need a job in Denver then call me. I'll hire you in a heartbeat! I Truly & Sincerely appreciate your help!
Installation was straight forward and took about a hour and a half. You must use an impact wrench to break loose the nuts on the axle but that was the most difficult part of the installation. Alignment did require several attempts to get it right. Have put a few hundred miles on it now and very pleased with the results. Installed a rear sway bar and Koni shocks prior and this was the last piece needed on our 2018 36 foot Bounder.

Needed help with the handling on my F53 motor home chassis. The roadmaster set up improved the steering so no more white knuckle driving!
Good product. Ez to install with impact tools. Took out alot of sway but not all (75 %). Im pleased that it makes driving our coach safer and easier. 5 stars if no sway at all
Excellent service! -Purchased the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer for my F53 but selected the wrong bracket kit. etrailer was quick to send me the kit I needed, and they made it easy to return the unused kit.
The task of installing the Roadmaster steering stabilizer was as simple as it gets. However, I used an impact wrench to remove axle u-bolts! I'm anxious to go out and drive on a paved road to adjust and evaluate the benefits.
Good quality parts. Keep in mind here these get installed you need done sizeable tools and under the spring perch the ubolts need a good amount of torqueing
Josh was very knowledgeable about his products and was very helpful insuring I got the correct product for my application.

A good investment for our safety. Im less fatigued and dont fight the wheel in our class A coachman. Takes the draft panic out of the mix.
