Question:
Howdy. Hope you all are doing great. Do these come in the Blue compound? 2019 Sprinter 2500 4x4, that needs occasional help when fully loaded, probably two or three times a year. My goal is to maintain the ride that I have on the daily. Thanks a ton.

Hey Austin, welcome back! I am doing well and hope you are too! The SumoSprings for your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 only come in the black 900 lbs capacity item # SSR-329-47. The only other SumoSpring options go higher item # SSR-327-40-2 and item # SSR-327-47-2. I went through our other vendor options and didn't find anything with a lower capacity.
For daily driving the 900 lbs SumoSprings item # SSR-329-47 aren't going to be noticeable unless you hit a pot hole or fly over a speedbump. These are progressive springs that only engage when weight is put on the rear end. They're going to replace your factory bump stops.
I attached a review video we made below that shows how much flex and support the item # SSR-329-47 provides.
When you say fully loaded, what kind of gear or equipment are you putting in the back of your Sprinter?

After installing mine a few years ago, the only time it makes contact is when I am under heavy load and typically hit a bump or such. Otherwise they dont make contact. As once replaced the stock rear suspension system and added these at the same time they almost never make contact now. They are my just incase something happens it does hit thats all. Hope this helps

Thanks Jerred for your help and quick reply. My issue is that 98% of the time I'm nowhere near the 7800lb mark and feel that the ride is dialed in at with Falcon Monotubes in the back and Bilstein in the front. Even fully loaded for camping with four of us, [CAT] it's at 3840 front axle and 3940 rear for a total of 7780lb, just under the light tune limit of the Falcons. On the daily much, much less, there is zero sag in the back so ride height is not an issue. There is a 4" clearance in the OEM bump stop as the van sits. For camping, not everyday driving. I want to add 160lb RTT to the roof and 150lb Rack and bikes to the hitch. I'll likely put this on for the summer and take it off for the winter. This will put me over the 7800 a bit and the added weight to the roof might make the van sway a bit more. This is what led me down the road to Sumo's. The thinking is that when the van rolls from side to side on turns or a strong wind while fully loaded with the RTT and Rack, the Sumo's would help. Again, this is only a few times a year. Just looking for some added insurance, not trying to fix a problem in the daily driving. Thanks big time for your help.
