Hi June!

We do have options for your 2023 BMW X5 with those flush rails, but the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MAL84AR is only going to fit the raised rails, unfortunately.

What you are going to want is the Rhino-Rack Sportz Roof Rack for Flush Rails - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 # RR76KG. It is more expensive, but will attach in a similar way to the Malone rack, though it is compatible with flush rails. I included a picture of this installed on an X5 with those flush rails for reference as well.

Thanks for the clarification. We will be attaching a ski rack to it (specifically the Kuat Switch for 6 skiis).
