Question:

I have a 2004 Elite horse trailer with living quarters. there is no cross pin in the gooseneck hitch only two large set screws are those sufficient to use the 10 offset Extend a goose or does it need a cross pin as well?

Hey Kevi, it won't be an issue to only use set screws when installing the B and W Extend a Goose part # BWTEXA4200 like what you have currently. Just make sure those set screws are torqued down properly and it will be totally fine. Are you needing more turning clearance?

B&W extend a goose works great - 2002 Cherokee horse trailer has the 2 large set screws for securing the extend a goose in the trailer, no need for a cross pin. E trailer is my go to for quality parts, fast shipping, and excellent customer service!
