Hey Michael, congrats on the new truck. The Ford puck systems haven't changed since they came out in the 2010-2011 model year trucks. The Curt Pop-In Ball for Factory Chevy/GM, Ford, and Nissan Underbed Gooseneck Hitches item # C60629 you were looking at will fit both the 2022 and 2026 Ford trucks with the factory puck system.
The Curt item # C60629 is a 2-5/16" gooseneck hitch ball that has a 30,000 lbs capacity. It measures 5.125" tall from the top of the gooseneck ball to the base where it sits in your truck.
