Good morning, I need to replace some parts on my Rod Vault. I need this part TH83NH but I also need/want to replace the bolts that attach to the clamp part TH93NH. This part TH83NH includes four bolts, which I assume are for the attachment to the roof rack crossbars. I actually replaced all 8 of those bolts a couple years ago due to corrosion. I dont need the clamp TH93NH but I want to replace the bolts that are included with that part the ones that attach the flytube clamp to the crossbar clamp The bolts I have are the original from prior to the Thule purchase - and theyre *mostly* functional but corroded - see photo. Thanks

Hey Eric, welcome back and good morning to you as well. We have the Replacement Crossbar Mounting Clamps and Feet for Thule Rod Vault Fishing Rod Carriers - Qty 2 item # TH83NH, you referenced.
Thule does not offer or list a replacement bolt for their Replacement Classic Fly Tube Clamp w/ Hardware for Thule RodVault Classic Fishing Rod Holder item # TH93NH but the item # 919064554 may work. You'll need to take a couple measurements of the bolts you have to confirm. The item # 919064554 looks just like yours. It's a M6 x 45 mm bolt so it's got a thread diameter of 6mm and measures 45 mm overall. If this bolt doesn't match your dimensions I do not have a replacement option. I recommend taking your bolts to a local hardware store and trying to find a matching replacement.

Hi Jerred, Thanks for the response. I think the item #919064554 is too short. The original bolts I have are ~70mm (~2.75") in length and 8mm in diameter at the threads. Looks like I'll be hitting my local hardware store to find a match. Thanks for your help! Eric
