Hey Matt! To find replacement leaf springs for your Forest River Puma 356QLB you will need to know the axle capacity (listed on the axle tag) and measure your leaf springs. I recommend getting the flat length since it is the most accurate, see the picture below. You can also get the spring eye to spring eye measurement. I attached a help article further down on this page which explains the different ways to measure.

These leaf springs made our 20 year old 5th wheel keystone challenger pull like its not behind our Ram 2500 4x4 6.7, and everything on inside of our camper rides smooth now. I had a plastic thermometer hanging on the slideout and it didn't fall off of the slideout. This is best investment we have made on our rv camper plus it raised it back up off the tires at least 4 inches .
