Question:
I bought a new Grand Design TT and the power jack on the fron is so slow my 3rd set of teeth are coming in. What can I replace it with that has faster lift speed? Its a 22MLE Thank you

Expert Reply:
I hear you Steve. A bunch of these jacks are frustratingly slow. The quickest one we have is the Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack item # UF38-944040. With a 1,000 lbs tongue weight, this jack extends 6" in 10 seconds and retracts 6" in 8.6 seconds. It looks like your Grand Design 22MLE maxes out around 7,000 lbs when loaded, so you should expect a similar response time.
What kind of jack do you currently have?

Hey Steve, how did the Phoenix electric jack work out on your Grand Design 22MLE? That speed boost should make a big difference when raising and lowering the trailer. Sharing how it performed could help others looking for a faster option too.
