Question:
Can the foot of this jack DL22340 be replaced with a wheel and/or double wheel? If so, which part numbers would provide the ability to do so? Thanks

Hey Ken. I checked with the manufacturer and the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Jack w Footplate item # DL22340 does not have an optional wheel kit. It's the DLX-SF model. The Dutton-Lainson item # DL22339 is the DLX-SW model that comes with the wheel setup. It's got a completely different down tube to attach the wheel mount.
Do you already have the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Jack w Footplate item # DL22340?
You can add this information and any other questions you have where it says Reply to Jerred H and I'll be happy to answer them.

Thanks for the information Jerred. Well, I am about to buy a very nice boat where they had recently put on a brand new DL22340 jack w/foot. I much prefer the wheel option - as I can "roll" the trailer or push it back manually once off the trailer to get the boat more pin-point location in my workshop. Any suggests to help me save money on this? I really thought there would be a quick, feasable way to simply swap out with a 3" wheel or the like. Any additional information would be appreciated (besides purchasing another jack). Thanks, Ken
