Do u have adapters to connect Demco Excalibur II tow bar to 2003 Jeep Wrangler D rings on SmittyBilt bumbper?

Hey Dan! Demco doesn't make specific adapters but you can use the Roadmaster Adapter # RM-035 (3/4" thick D-ring bumper mounts) or # RM-035-1 (1" thick) to attach it to your bumper. You will likely need some additional bushings for proper fitment, you can pick them up at your local hardware store.

Demco doesn't officially approve using these adapters (so no warranty coverage) but they have confirmed it will work. Also, make sure your bumper is rated for flat towing. Not all of them have that rating and you don't want to found out what happens if it isn't.

Hey Dan, how did things turn out using the Roadmaster adapter with your Jeep’s D-ring bumper mounts? Your results could really help others trying to connect a Demco tow bar to a similar setup.
