LOOKING FOR A CAP OR PLUG THAT WILL PROTECT 7 POLE WIRE HARNESS ON TRAILER SIDE WHILE NOT IN USE

Hey Pjd, we have the Fastway Tethered 7-Way Trailer Connector Cover with Tether # FA82-00-3315 that is designed to cover the male end of a trailer side 7-way like you asked about. I would just make sure not to let the 7-way point down with the cover on as potentially water could get into the cover which then would hold it against the metal pins of the connector.

Thanks that was what I was looking for but now that I know it is not water proof Would you happen to have a "dummy" female end that can be bolted to the trailer and install the male end for protection?

@Pjd I mean it's a rubber seal that is tight and it most likely going to keep water out as long as you don't submerge it but like with anything you just have to be smart about it. You could install a 7-way like the part # 85219 on your trailer though.
