Question:

Is there a better weight distribution hitch that is best for a underslung tongue on a travel trailer? Thanks

There sure is Ricky. Blue Ox has a few options for underslung trailer couplers in their SwayPro line. I have listed all of the options below that would work with your 2009 Toyota Tundra:

10,000 lbs - Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control item # BXW1003

7,500 lbs - Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control item # BXW0753

5,500 lbs - Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control item # BXW0553

3,500 lbs - Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control item # BXW0353

These weight distribution hitches all come with a 2" shank and a 2-5/16" hitch ball. Please note, you will need clearance on your trailer's tongue 27" - 29" back from the center of the hitch ball for the sway control brackets.

What kind of trailer do you have and how heavy is it?

Hey Ricky, did one of the Blue Ox SwayPro hitches end up being the right fit for your underslung trailer tongue? Knowing which one worked best could help others towing with a similar setup.
