Hey Jill! Your Carrier AirV 68RV11112A is an old R410A unit so complete system replacement will be necessary. Everything switched to R32 refrigerant in 2025 following the EPA regulations and the parts aren't backwards compatible.
Do you want a replacement with the heat pump like you have now? Assuming you do, I recommend the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System. It looks like the AirV was for a ducted setup and 13,500 btu so you can choose from the following based on color:
-GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 13,500 Btu - White - Complete System # GE52ZR
-GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 13,500 Btu - Black - Complete System # GE25ZR
If you want a higher capacity, or if the heat pump isn't overly important to you, let me know in the comments below and I can make some other recommendations.
