What is the difference between the HLY38 RR and the HLY97RR. The appear to be identical except for lifting handle. But different prices.

The Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # HLY38RR is the updated version of the Hollywood Racks Crosstrack # HLY97RR. As soon as our stock of the # HLY97RR runs out, it will be gone.
That said, they are very similar to each other. The handle for lowering the rack was changed so a 3rd bike can be added on with the 1 Bike Add-On for Hollywood Racks CrossTrack Bike Rack # HLY79GR, which the previous model could not accommodate. Other than that, they are basically the same.
