Question:
I have a 2024 cedar creek experience 2925RL with Lippert level up 6 point jack system. One of the washers on the grade 8 bolts on one of the front jacks is split. I need a new one of those and also need to know correct torque rating. All I can find is 107 ft lbs and that seems like too much hince the split washer. Can you help?

Hello Matt, thanks for reaching out. The broken washer was on one of the bolts going to the frame rail, correct? If so, I can tell you the torque spec for those is 75 ft-lbs. I am sorry to say we do not offer a replacement washer for this though. I would imagine you could find one at a local hardware store.
I have provided a link to the instructions for the Lippert 6-point system for your reference.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
