Hey Harry, thanks for reaching out!
I believe your Jayco is equipped with 3,500 lb axles but I'll need you to measure the distance between your hub faces and spring centers in order to get the right one.
Check out the attached photo and video to see what I'm talking about. If you get me those dimensions and confirm your axle weight ratings, I'd be more than happy to help you find the right replacement!
