I am considering purchasing a 2017 Smart Fortwo that can be flat towed. What equipment do you suggest for a flat tow setup? I prefer the stay and play duo. I will be towing with a 2021 Tiffin Wayfarer 25RW

Hello again Wayne! I would be happy to suggest a complete flat tow setup for a 2017 Smart Fortwo. You will need a base plate, tow bar, wiring, and a supplemental brake system. I recommend the following:
-Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-52300-5
-Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520
-Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-15267
-Roadmaster Battery Disconnect for Towed Vehicle w/ Flat Tow Brake System # RM-766
-Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
-Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251
-Smart Car Brake Pedal Adapter for Demco Air Force One and Stay-IN-Play Duo Braking Systems # SM99602
In addition to these parts you may also need a high-low adapter to keep your setup level. I attached an article below which explains how to measure and choose the right adapter. I also included a link to all of our high-low adapters for your reference.
