Hello Michael, thanks for reaching out. I can definitely help make sure you get the right parts, but I do not have a way to look at your cart. Would be pretty cool if we did though. That said, I see that you have a Roadmaster Blackhawk tow bar. The other item in your pictures are the removable base plate arms. Since you will be getting a new base plate, you will be getting a new set of arms as well, so the old ones will not be needed. You can absolutely re use your tow bar though. Here are the rest of the parts I recommend for your flat tow setup:

- Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521453-5

- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Way to 6-Way Coiled Adapter Cord # RM-15267

- Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes - Proportional # SM99251

That will cover all the main components, assuming you already have a pair of safety cables. Please note that if your Jeep has the ParkSense feature, you will need the Smart Diode Kit # RM63MR instead of the # RM-15267. Also, the base plate I recommended is for vehicles with the standard factory plastic or steel bumpers.

Does this match what you had in your cart? Please let me know if you have any questions.

I did not mention that the new 2025 jeep wrangler has a steel bumper and the factory winch. So is the RM 521453-s recommended over the 3253? Thanks for your help Michael Hickman

@MichaelH In that case you will want the Roadmaster # RM35GR. This is for vehicles with the steep bumper and the factory warn winch
